5-minute chili:

1. combine in saucepan:
   • 2 containers of bean dip
   • 6-8 ounces of soy meat crumbles (vegetarian) -OR- cooked ground beef, brisket, chicken or pork
   • 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
   • 1/2 teaspoon of chili powder
   • optional:1/4 cup nacho cheese sauce, cheddar or your favorite cheese
